NEAR COCHRANE, Wis. (WXOW) – The intensity of last week’s storm is visible on a Buffalo County Sheriff’s deputy’s dash cam.

The sheriff’s office posted a short clip of the video on its Facebook page.

It shows the Lizzy Paul Wayside parking area around 6:18 p.m. on May 21.

That’s when the tornado passed south of the police car and deputy.

The EF1 tornado had winds up to 90 mph.
