Lamborghini Urus recalled; hood may come off while driving – WSOC TV

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has announced the recall of 2,133 Lamborghini SUVs.

According to NHTSA, the hood striker could break, allowing the hood to open or come off while driving.

The recall affects some Urus Performante and Urus S vehicles built between 2023 and 2024.

The dealers will inspect the vehicle and repair the hood. If necessary, a striker bracket will be installed. The inspection and repair are free of charge.

Owners will be notified by letter after June 28 that their SUV is affected by the recall.
