Atlanta Falcons take major step forward with 2024 season

According to team sources, the Atlanta Falcons The franchise achieved a feat on Tuesday that it had not achieved in more than two decades. For the 2024 season, it sold out all of its season tickets.

Team President Greg Beadles says The energy surrounding new head coach Raheem Morris is unmatched.

“We’ve listened to our fans, taken their feedback and invested in creating a world-class fan experience,” Beadles said. “It’s been an exciting offseason for the team under the leadership of head coach Raheem Morris and general manager Terry Fontenot. It’s clear there’s a lot of energy heading into the season, and our fans and players are ready to go.”

Additionally, the Vice President of the Ticketing Team, Warren Parr, said that the organization is committed to improving the fan experience.

“We recognize the importance of fan and community engagement and are committed to providing opportunities for everyone to experience Falcons football together. Our fans are at the heart of everything we do, and their passion drives us to continually raise the bar and deliver exceptional experiences on game day and throughout the year.”

With a new regime, the excitement is palpable because 95 percent of fans renewed Atlanta players have also put their tickets for the upcoming season on sale. Additionally, there is a waiting list for tickets for the 2025 season. Of course, there are still plenty of single-game tickets available, but if the team performs beyond expectations, Atlanta could become an expensive ticket in the end, especially if they were to make the playoffs.

When you have players like Kirk Cousins, Bijan Robinson, Kyle Pitts, and Drake London in the middle, it creates a team dynamic the organization hasn’t seen in some time.

Flash back to 2012, when the Falcons were 13-3 and ranked No. 1 in the NFC, and the team dynamic was pretty similar to the current team, with a mix of veterans and youth.

Now compare this group to this year’s team:

QB Kirk Cousins – 36 years old
RB Bijan Robinson – 22 years old
JO Chris Lindstrom – 27 years old
DT Grady Jarrett – 31 years old
S Jessie Bates III – 27 years old

That’s not to say this team will go 13-3, but it can be a playoff-caliber team with good team leadership and mentoring at key positions. Even owner Arthur Smith is optimistic about the organization’s playoff chances.

“I hope we’re in the playoffs,” Blank said. “And I have reason to believe we’ll be very competitive this year. But we’ve got to play the schedule, play the teams and get there.”

A new regime has brought a new wave of optimism throughout the franchise, and the sold-out season tickets are a welcome sign of a new era in Atlanta.
