Shooting investigations lead to highway closures

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call of a shooting at the intersection of Ajo Highway and Kinney Road.

The investigation is still in its early stages and there is little or no information about the shooters involved.

Westbound travel on Ajo Highway is limited to one lane at Kinney Rd.
