Say what you want about Tua Tagovailoa being an MVP candidate, if an NFL quarterback had the weapons he has in his offensive scheme he would be in the conversation for MVP as well.

Tua has only one victory against the Bills in his career and it was in a September game in Miami where the Bills lost a large portion of their roster due to the scorching heat they endured . Outside of this game, Tua didn’t have much success against the Bills. While Tua and the Miami offense are capable of lighting up the scoreboard, they struggle to do so against Buffalo.

In seven career games against the Bills, Tua has completed just over 61% of his throws for 1,454 yards and 6 touchdowns to 7 interceptions. He has only thrown for over 300 yards against Buffalo once in his career, in which he also threw three interceptions in that game.

Tua is not the type of quarterback who can play off-script and the Bills took advantage of that. There should be no reason for the Bills not to crush the fish once again twice this upcoming season.
