Roseburg Police Take Man to Jail for Reported Assault – KQEN News Radio

Roseburg police arrested a man Thursday afternoon for a reported incident of prior assault.

A report from the RPD stated that officers responded to a disturbance that occurred in the 500 block of Northeast Lincoln Street on Wednesday, the 17th. A victim reported that 28-year-old Duke Todd brought him into the apartment with brass knuckles and struck him several times, causing injuries.

Todd was contacted at 2:30 p.m. Thursday and a brass knuckle was found in his pocket. He is a convicted felon in Oregon. Duke was charged with second-degree assault, possession of a prohibited weapon as a felon, concealed carrying of a weapon and a probation violation. He was jailed without bail.
