FTX auditor calls for additional investigation into Sullivan & Cromwell

Sullivan & Cromwell may face further investigations related to its pre-trial work for FTX, a fraudulent cryptocurrency exchange that the law firm is currently representing as debt counsel in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Examiner Robert Cleary of Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler recommended that he be given authority to conduct three additional investigations into FTX’s collapse, according to a motion he filed in court this week.
