Suspect in 24th Precinct shooting (VIDEO) – Blotter

The Philadelphia Police Department and Shooting Investigation Group are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect pictured in the following video.

On May 23, 2024, an unidentified man of Hispanic descent fired several shots in the 300 block of E. Allegheny Ave after being knocked off his scooter by a black sedan. Three victims were treated at local hospitals. A 47-year-old woman was in critical condition with a gunshot wound to the face. A 45-year-old man is stable with a gunshot wound to the leg. The final victim, an 8-year-old child, is stable after suffering a graze wound to the head. As a result of the car crash, the suspect suffered apparent injuries to his right ankle and leg and was last seen limping away from the scene.
