The Ukrainian General Staff reports 143 combat operations at the front last day

This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a situation update on Friday, September 13, at 08:00, Ukrinform reports.

Yesterday, the Russian army launched an attack on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements with an Iskander-M missile, as well as 80 air strikes in which 117 guided aerial bombs were used. In addition, the enemy carried out 4,323 attacks, including 167 with multiple rocket launchers.

In particular, the Russian Armed Forces carried out air strikes in the areas of Pavlivka, Myronivka, Obody, Rivers, Mariine, Bilopillia, Berestove, Fedorivka, Toretsk, Ivanopillia, Dobropillia, Ocheretyne, Pokrovsk, Vuhledar, Urozhaine, Novodonetske, Novoukrainka, Pavlivske, Novopokrovsk, Kamianske, Stepnohirsk, Shcherbaky and Odradokamianka.

Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Air Force, missile troops and artillery have attacked an enemy pontoon ferry, a command post, an air defense facility, eight guns on firing positions, eleven areas with concentrated personnel, weapons and military equipment, and two other important targets of the Russian invaders.

In the Kharkiv sector, the enemy launched four attacks in the Vovchansk area. Russian aircraft also launched two attacks with five anti-aircraft missiles on civilian infrastructure.

In the Kupiansk sector, eight enemy attacks were recorded over the past day. The defense forces repelled attacks near Synkivka, Hlushkivka, Kolisnykivka, Stelmakhivka and Lozova.

In the Lyman sector, the enemy attacked six times, trying to advance towards Nevske and Druzhelyubivka.

In the Siversk sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled five attacks by Russian invaders near Verkhniokamyanske. Enemy aircraft attacked the Fedorivka community with ten unguided missiles.

In the Kramatorsk sector, Russian troops attacked four times in the Chasiv Yar and Stupochky areas.

In the Toretsk sector, the enemy, with aircraft support, carried out six attacks near Nelipivka, Toretsk and in the vicinity of New York.

In the Pokrovsk sector, the defense forces thwarted 36 enemy attacks and offensive actions in the directions of Vozdvyzhenka, Novooleksandrivka, Zelenyi Pole, Novotroitske, Hrodivka, Novohrodivka, Selydove and Mykhailivka. The highest concentration of enemy attacks was recorded in the Hrodivka and Novohrodivka areas.

In the Kurakhove sector, the defense forces repelled 64 attacks. The Russians advanced most actively in the Kostiantynivka and Heorhiivka areas, where about 75% of all fighting took place. The enemy also attacked in the direction of Oleksandropil and Zhelanne Pershe.

In the Vremivka direction, the occupiers carried out five raids in the Vodiane and Solota Nyva areas, actively using fighter and bomber aircraft.

In the Orichiv sector, the Russians attacked near Robotyne and launched air strikes on Kamianske, Stepnohirsk and Shcherbaky.

In the Dnipro sector, the Russian invaders launched six attacks on the Ukrainian positions, but were repulsed with considerable losses.

No signs of enemy attack group formation were recorded in the Volhynia and Polissia sectors.

On the border with Chernihiv and Sumy regions, Russian troops are actively using artillery and air power from their territory near Ukrainian settlements.

The operation in the Kursk region continues.

As Ukrinform reported, the total combat losses of the Russian army in Ukraine from February 24, 2022 to September 13, 2024 amounted to almost 631,420 soldiers.
