Man pleads guilty to sexually abusing three minors in Rockledge and Philly

Joshua Alan Kessler, 22, of Ivyland (Bucks County), was sentenced to three to six years in prison after allegedly having indecent contact with three underage girls in Rockledge Borough and Philadelphia. The reporter said.

He was involved in several incidents between 2017 and 2021 in which he was alone with each of the victims. He reportedly also knew their families.

Kessler pleaded guilty to charges of aggravated sexual assault of a person under 13 and sexual assault of a person under 13. He must provide his address to state police for life in order to comply with Pennsylvania’s Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act (formerly known as Megan’s Law).

An investigation began in February 2022 when three underage women told Rockledge investigators that Kessler had assaulted them through “indecent touching and other sexual contact.” Kessler was between 17 and 20 years old at the time. The reporter said.
