Panama City couple arrested and facing multiple charges

PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WMBB) – Panama City Police have arrested a local couple after a tip was submitted to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Harlin Crowley, 35, and Briana Yon, 35, were arrested in connection with the production and promotion of sexual conduct by a child, a press release said.

Crowley was arrested on May 24, 2024, and charged with sexual abuse of a child. He is currently facing over 20 felony charges, including lewd or lascivious molestation of a victim under the age of 12, which is a capital offense, officials said.

Yon is charged with four felony counts, including two prior capital crimes of lewd or lascivious molestation.

Crowley is being held without bail. Yon is being held on $700,000 bail.
