After beloved restaurateur dies, Doc Sullivan’s will be run by his family

Cowan, 44, was well known for his work in Buffalo’s restaurant industry.

2 On Your Side’s Claudine Ewing spoke to Cowan’s family Monday and was told that Doc Sullivan would remain open and that Cowan’s family would own the business under an LLC.

Pat Lalley, Cowan’s brother-in-law, will be the restaurant’s managing partner.
