1 dead, 1 seriously injured after double rollover accident in North Miami

North Miami, Florida. – One person was killed and another was taken to a local hospital in critical condition following a two-vehicle crash in North Miami Thursday afternoon, police said.

Fire department records show the accident occurred around 3:30 p.m. at the corner of Northwest 122nd Street and Seventh Avenue.

Video from Sky 10 shows two silver vehicles crashing onto the sidewalk and into the parking lot of 12190 NW Seventh Ave. are rolled over.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue officials said a third victim was treated at the scene.

Authorities have not publicly released the identity of the deceased victim or provided any information about the cause of the accident.

Police are expected to release further information on Thursday evening.
