New restaurant opens across the street from Buffalo Airport

Buffalo, New York (WBEN) – A new restaurant is opening across the street from the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. Iron Cedar Brewing and Meadery is moving into the Comfort Inn & Suites Buffalo space at 4345 Genesee Street in Cheektowaga with a targeted June opening. The Landing Bar & Grill previously operated out of the space.

After more than 70 years in business, Santoro Signs was sold to Ulrich Sign Co. in Lockport, according to Buffalo Business First. Santoro Signs owner Rocco is 88 years old and started the business with his brother in 1953. Ulrich Sign is based at 177 Oakhurst Street in Lockport and has been in business for 85 years.

You may start to see a new gadget at your table when you go out to eat starting in June, as 21 local restaurants roll out digital table advertising, a new service that helps restaurants generate more advertising revenue and creatively present their own events and special offers. . The ads will be shown on a screen that doubles as a traditional napkin or condiment holder. The Anchor Bar, located at 4300 Maple Road in Amherst, will be one of the restaurants to use the new tool.
