Carter County prison guard arrested and charged with raping inmate

CARTER COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) – A Carter County Jail guard has been charged with raping an inmate.

According to court documents, 29-year-old Justin Johnson is accused of having sex with a female inmate at least three times in the past month.

Online records show Johnson was arrested on Friday and released on Saturday on $50,000 bail.

If convicted, the sentence is between one and 15 years in prison.
