An interior offensive lineman announced his commitment to the Nebraska Cornhuskers on Sunday evening. Houston Kaahaaina-Torres is now the 13th commit in the 2025 class.

Kaahaaina-Torres is a three-star prospect from St. Louis High School in Honolulu, Hawaii. He picked the Huskers over Arizona State, Michigan State and Utah.

Nebraska has had some recent in-state recruiting success. The Cornhuskers have picked up a commitment from interior offensive lineman Preston Taumua, Hawaii’s No. 1 player for 2024.

According to recruiting service On3, Nebraska’s 2025 class is currently ranked 29th in the nation and ninth in the Big Ten, with 38 percent of current commitments coming from the state.
