Buffalo Bills, Sabres to play twice on same day next season

The Buffalo Sabres have announced their schedule for the 2024-25 NHL regular season.

The Buffalo Bills have long since released theirs.

Looking at the game dates, Buffalo’s two professional sports teams will play each other twice on the same date next year.

In one case, both teams will be on the field/ice at the same time. In the other case, spectators will be able to attend both games.

Both of these games take place in December and can be found via WGR-550 radio below:

It appears the Sabres and Bills will only play on the same day twice this season, once at the same time:

Sunday December 15:
Bills vs Lions 4:25 p.m.
Sabres vs Leafs 5:00 p.m.

Sunday December 29:
Bills vs. Jets 1:00 p.m.
Sabres vs Blues 6:00 p.m.
