ESPN highlights what to watch at Buffalo Bills 2024 minicamp

The Buffalo Bills wide receiver playmakers already have eyes on them this offseason. This should continue at minicamp.

This week, the Bills open their 2024 mandatory minicamp. ESPN highlighted this position group ahead of practice.

Most notably, the defense was said to have “the upper hand” over the offense earlier this month. Meanwhile, quarterback Josh Allen, second-round rookie Keon Coleman and other players got their first taste of playing together during voluntary workouts.

While it’s good to hear that the defense didn’t miss anything, the offense coming in wouldn’t be the worst thing to hear this coming week either.

Here’s what should be watched at Bills minicamp, according to ESPN:

How does quarterback Josh Allen connect with receivers? That will be a question throughout the early part of the season as this new version of Buffalo’s offense continues to take shape. Over the last two OTAs open to the media, the defense has taken over in team drills with interceptions and deflected passes, while there have been some notable catches. But in reality, it’s too early to tell without pads. However, there is an uphill battle to make the wide receiver roster, and continuing to build connections with Allen will be key as the team heads into camp; this extends to other job groups as well.
