WSJM Sports Player of the Week – Jack Lantz – New Buffalo

Jack Lantz of New Buffalo High School athletics is our WSJM Sports Player of the Week.

Overall, the New Buffalo boys track team finished 6th at the regional championships, but Jack was

Regional champion in the 300 meter hurdles with a time of 42.50, he was also regional champion in the 12-foot pole vault. It’s a personal best.

He also ran on the 4 x 200 meter and 4 x 400 meter relay teams.

Jack is now a graduate of New Buffalo with a 3.97 GPA, he also plays football and wrestles.

In the fall, Jack will attend the University of Michigan.
