Amber Alert lifted for 4-month-old baby after she is found and safe

UPDATE: 7:27 p.m.: The alarm has been lifted. The child has been found and is safe.

An Amber Alert has been issued for a four-month-old baby believed to be in the care of a 28-year-old man.

The four-month-old daughter is identified as Paislee Lay. She is said to have blue eyes and blonde hair, is 45 cm tall and weighs 4.5 kg. She was last seen wearing a pink romper.

She is suspected of being in a relationship with 28-year-old Michael Lay, who has blue eyes and black hair. He is said to be 1.80 m tall and weighs 72 kg. He also has a scar on his cheek and a dark blond beard.

They are said to have been driving a green 1998 Buick La Sabre with Kentucky license plate K2R477. The right headlight of the Buick is said to be taped over and may not have a license plate.
