– We have prepared a report about the alleged rape that took place at the gate in Dronningens on the night of May 18, police lawyer Henrik Rådal told VG.

Another man in his 20s and a person in his 40s were charged. The rape must have taken place outdoors between 4 and 5 a.m.

– “As far as we all know, there is no relationship between the suspect,” explained the police lawyer.

Both were accused of the same crime, he added.

The police became aware of the incident through a witness report.

– The 40-year-old man does not admit responsibility, lawyer Britt Kjelleberg told VG on the phone.

Otherwise, he does not want to discuss this matter.

The investigation is still ongoing as of Sunday, 2 p.m.

The man in his 20s was appointed by Reidar Steinsvik as his defense attorney, but tells Aftenposten that he will not address the case yet.

– A man was arrested last night. One was arrested in the morning, Rådal told Aftenposten at 1 p.m. on Sunday.

Both will be questioned on Sunday. Whether the boys will be released from prison and taken into custody will be decided after the investigation.

The police checked the video surveillance and found additional data, Rådal confirms to VG.

– We installed video surveillance, which was essential for us to arrest and accuse people. “I don’t want to comment on the content of these films because they are being questioned,” said the police lawyer.

In parallel to the interrogation of the suspects, further investigations are underway.

The accused girl was questioned about this case.
