Multiple injuries reported in southeast Houston apartment fire

HOUSTON — A firefighter and two civilians were injured Wednesday in an apartment fire in southeast Houston.

HFD said all three were transported to area emergency rooms with minor injuries.

They also said to avoid the area due to emergency vehicle traffic.

@HoustonFire is currently on scene at 8282 Park Place conducting firefighting efforts after receiving reports of an apartment on fire. 1 firefighter and 2 civilians were transported to the emergency room with minor injuries. Please avoid the area due to heavy emergency traffic. @FireChiefofHFD
