Police investigate after two people found dead in Fort Lauderdale home – NBC 6 South Florida

Police are investigating after two people were found dead in a Fort Lauderdale home on Tuesday.

Fort Lauderdale police officials said officers rushed to the residence in the 1400 block of Northwest 3rd Court shortly before 11 a.m. and found the two bodies.

Aerial footage from Helicopter 6 showed several officers outside an apartment complex cordoned off with yellow tape.

Police did not release the identities of the two people found dead or how they died.

Police said an investigation into the death had been launched to clarify the circumstances of the incident.
