23-year-old man arrested for murder of Ohio toddler – WHIO TV 7 and WHIO Radio

CINCINNATI – A 23-year-old man was arrested Friday for the murder of a toddler in Westwood.

Officers searched for an unresponsive child at a home in the 2700 block of Erlene Drive on Friday, May 3, WCPO reported.

Kareem Keita, a 21-month-old child, was unresponsive.

First responders administered life-saving measures and transported him to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, but he later died from his injuries, according to WCPO.
