Investigators search for vehicle believed to have struck and killed woman in Pottawatomie County

The only information given to investigators is that the suspect vehicle is gray and is missing a passenger side mirror.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol asked for the public’s help in locating a vehicle involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash in Pottawatomie County on Friday. >> Download the KOCO 5 appBetween 10:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m., Tanya Couteau, a 50-year-old from Roff, died on State Highway 3E and Jack Hall Drive in Earlsboro. Her injuries were consistent with a single-car collision. The only information investigators received is that the suspect vehicle is gray and a passenger-side mirror is missing. Between 10:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m., Tanya Couteau, a 50-year-old from Roff, died on State Highway 3E and Jack Hall Drive in Earlsboro. Her injuries were consistent with a car accident.

The only information given to investigators is that the suspect vehicle is gray and that the passenger side mirror is missing. According to OHP, there is likely additional damage on the passenger side as well.
