Downtown Streets Closed for Taste of Buffalo

City officials are reminding motorists that downtown streets will begin closing Friday for this weekend’s Taste of Buffalo food festival.

Delaware Avenue between West Chippewa and Eagle streets, including Niagara Square, will be closed to all traffic from 7 p.m. Friday to 9 p.m. Sunday. Beginning at 9 a.m. Friday, there will also be occasional closures and delays on streets around the festival during setup.

Taste of Buffalo, which features 43 restaurants and food trucks, four New York state wineries, the Genesee Beer Garden and live music, runs from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday. For more information about the festival, visit tasteofbuffalo.com.
