Heavy police presence, SWAT on scene as officers search for wanted suspect in southwest Atlanta – WSB-TV Channel 2

ATLANTA — Officers were on the scene of a wanted person investigation at a southwest Atlanta apartment complex Thursday afternoon.

Several police tanks and SWAT officers were in the Delowe Drive area of southwest Atlanta.

A Channel 2 Action News The viewer sent a video showing several apartment residents outside the complex.

Around 6 p.m., it appears the officers left the scene.

It’s unclear if anyone was arrested or if anyone was injured.
