Lancaster man arrested for sexually assaulting his former foster children

A Lancaster County man has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing his former foster children for more than a decade. Police say the abuse occurred between 2004 and 2016.

Pennsylvania State Police arrested 71-year-old Frank Breneman on June 6 after an extensive investigation. Brenneman was charged with multiple sex crimes against children, including child rape and involuntary deviant sexual intercourse.

Police said the abuse occurred while the foster children were living in his home.

Breneman is in the Lancaster County Jail awaiting a preliminary hearing on June 11.
