Drunk driver arrested in Houston for reckless driving and drug possession | Texas

Houston, TX — A reckless driver was arrested in Houston on the evening of May 19, 2024, after nearly causing a collision on Riley Fuzzel Rd in Spring.

A patrol deputy led by Constable Ryan Gable spotted a white Mercedes SUV speeding east in the 2400 block of Riley Fuzzel Road. The vehicle, driven by Juan Alarcon-Hernandez, 36, of Houston, nearly struck another car before being stopped. After further investigation, Alarcon-Hernandez was arrested for reckless driving and possession of a controlled substance. The vehicle was towed from the scene and Alarcon-Hernandez was transported to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office jail.
