Josh Allen, Bills vs. Tagovailoa, Dolphins set for TNF in Week 2 of 2024 NFL schedule

The AFC East rivalry between the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins will be renewed in the first Prime Video game of the 2024 NFL season.

It was announced Tuesday that Tua Tagovailoa and the Dolphins will host Josh Allen and the Bills in the Week 2 Thursday Night Football game on September 12.

This will be the second Thursday Night Football game of the season. The defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs will host the Baltimore Ravens in a rematch of the AFC Championship Game in the season opener on September 5.

The 2024 season marks the third year of Amazon’s deal with the NFL to become the exclusive home of Thursday Night Football. The tech giant will pay the league about $1 billion annually through 2033.

The Dolphins have lost six of seven games against their division rivals Tagovailoa has started since his rookie season in 2020. The Bills are the only team against whom he has thrown more interceptions (seven) than touchdowns (six) in at least two departures.
