Adam Duc | News 4 Buffalo

Adam Duke worked full-time as a Digital Producer at WIVB from November 2021 to June 2023, and returned to the digital team in March 2024.

He specializes in arts and entertainment coverage and covered education and breaking news during his first stint at the station. He also created, produced and hosted the weekly show Music Monday, featuring local bands and artists, from September 2022 until his departure. The feature returned as “Buffalo Music Monthly” in June 2024.

Before joining WIVB, Adam worked in the sports department at the Buffalo News for more than two years. Before that, he interned at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, working on the newspaper’s reporting team.

Adam is a WNY native and graduated from Canisius College in 2019, with degrees in journalism and communications. At Canisius, Adam was editor of the campus newspaper, “The Griffin.”

He is passionate about television, film and music – three of his favorite subjects to write about. He is also an avid concert goer and enjoys watching Buffalo sports.

Adam has been described as “empathetic” by Sports Illustrated and his work on high school mascots has been deemed “well-researched” by Uni Watch. He was also named Time Magazine’s Person of the Year in 2006.
