TV sports presenter “arrested on suspicion of raping a child”

The reports come after The Sun revealed that police raided the supposedly married TV presenter’s home at 4am earlier this week.

Computer equipment and documents were reportedly taken for examination during the raid on a property in southern England.

The Sun further reported that investigators would question the man, adding that he would be held in custody for 18 hours before being released on bail “pending further enquiries.”

According to The Sun, the reports also claimed the child had been raped more than once.

It was reported that the suspect, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was working in the television industry at the time of the alleged crimes.

The Sun further reports that the presenter’s superiors were informed about the police investigation and the arrest.

However, it is claimed that the unnamed presenter’s TV colleagues were unaware of the situation.

It is also reported that the complainant made the allegation recently and it was later reported to the police.

The complainant was interviewed by child abuse investigators in a special room before an investigation was launched, The Sun reports.

The police conducting the investigation also confirmed that an arrest had been made.

A neighbor who spoke to The Sun about the arrest said: “The police came very early.”

“They took him and were there for a while and conducted a search.

“Everyone is shocked by his arrest.”
