2 dead after motorcycle accident in Montgomery County

Two people were killed in a motorcycle accident in Harrison Township on Saturday evening, according to a dispatcher with the Ohio State Highway Patrol’s Dayton Post.

At around 9 p.m., Montgomery County Sheriff’s officers and paramedics were dispatched to the intersection of Philadelphia Drive and Main Street on a report of an accident involving injuries.

Officers from the Dayton Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol were requested to assist at the scene.

The dispatcher said a motorcycle and at least one other vehicle were involved in the accident.

Information on further injuries was not initially available.

The dispatcher said Main Street is currently closed.
