HOUSTON (KIAH) – Severe thunderstorms are expected to develop across North Texas on Wednesday and move south late this afternoon and evening.

Areas north of Houston, such as Conroe, Brenham, Bryan and Huntsville, see a risk of scattered strong storms. Houston and Harris County are excluded from the severe weather risk area. However, isolated showers and thunderstorms cannot be completely ruled out in Houston on Wednesday evening.
