Memorial Day 2024: Find out when service starts in Buffalo Grove

BUFFALO GROVE, Ill. — To honor the memory of the brave American men and women who lost their lives in the service of their country, a service will be held on Monday, May 27.

The service begins at 11 a.m. at Knopf Cemetery, 20685 Arlington Heights Road. There will be special readings, music and a time to remember those who have lost their lives in the service of the nation.

The keynote speaker will be Lt. Matthew Page, staff chaplain, Recruit Training Command, Naval Base Great Lakes. The Buffalo Grove Police Department will direct and assist with parking.
