Birmingham Water Works lifts boil water advisory

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) – Birmingham Water Works has announced that they have lifted the “boil water alert.”

As of 9 a.m., the warning was officially lifted and an “all clear” was issued for the western portion of the Birmingham Water Works system along US Highway-78. Water from all areas of the Birmingham Water Works system is drinkable.

  • Union Grove
