Ludacris evening in September at Truist Park

ATLANTA — This summer, many exciting events will take place at Truist Park and Battery The Atlanta. The Braves are known for hosting some of the most fun and interactive activities during the season, including hosting special guests.

On September 4, the Atlanta Braves will play the Colorado Rockies and honor award-winning rapper and actor Ludacris. He will throw out the ceremonial first pitch before the game and the first 15,000 fans will receive an exclusive Ludacris figurine.

Ludacris has been actively involved with his hometown team for years, so he is a great candidate for the figure. He performed at the World Series celebration at Truist Park in 2021 and was featured in the Braves’ 2023 City Connect uniforms launch video.

The Battery Atlanta will pay homage with all things Luda, entertainment from Ludacris’ official DJ, “DJ Infamous”, photo stations with artwork from his albums and music played throughout The Battery.

Luda’s food truck at Battery Atlanta will provide food. The truck will serve Southern soul food inspired by the menu at Ludacris’ Chicken and Beer restaurant.
