All three officers involved in police operation in York

ALL three emergency services attended an incident in York city centre this evening (5 June).

North Yorkshire Police said the city’s police and fire and rescue teams were dealing with a “delicate incident” in High Ousegate.

A police spokesman said: “The problem has now been resolved, the road is open again and we thank the public for their patience during the closure.”
