Man arrested for exposing body on Cape Cod beach – NBC Boston

A Lawrence, Massachusetts man was arrested for allegedly exposing himself at a popular Cape Cod beach on Monday night.

According to police, the man, identified as Cesar Perez-Velazquez, was uncooperative when arrested at Kalmus Beach in Hyannis, Massachusetts.

According to court documents, he initially told police his name was Pedro Martinez and that he lived in Boston.

The video shows that the police had to drag the man to their patrol car.

Court records show he was on the run from New Hampshire in connection with a driving under the influence case.

There is also an arrest warrant out for him because he is wanted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Velasquez faces several charges, including lewd conduct, misleading a police officer and fugitive from justice.
