Two men in stable condition after double shooting in Lyon

HOUSTON (KIAH) – The Houston Police Department (HPD) responded to a bar shooting involving two men at 1:50 a.m. Both victims were taken to hospital in serious but stable condition. Police say the incident happened at a bar at Lyons and Boyles when a man took a waitress’ cellphone and refused to give it back. The waitress called her boyfriend for help, which then escalated into a fight that resulted in the shooting of two male customers. The shooter remained on scene and cooperated with police.
