Sidley Austin Adds Stephen Boone as Partner to Houston Office

Stephen Boone Jr. has joined Sidley Austin as a partner in the firm’s energy, transportation and infrastructure group in Houston, the firm announced Wednesday.

Boone advises public and private companies and investment funds on oil and gas matters, including those investing in exploration and production, according to Sidley.

Boone is certified in oil, gas and mineral law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, the firm said.
