ARREST

Benton County

Jacob Swartz, 24, of 11412 Sallie Drive in Rogers, was arrested Tuesday in connection with sexual assault. Swartz was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Centerton

Demain Martinez, 51, of 1947 Dogwood Place in Springdale, was arrested Wednesday in connection with stalking. Martinez was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

Lucky Bannavong, 25, of 1298 Electric Ave. in Springdale, was arrested Tuesday in connection with possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with intent to deliver, simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Bannavong was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Ricky Ueno, 36, homeless of Springdale, was arrested Tuesday in connection with first-degree assault and second-degree battery. Ueno was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of $50,000 bond.
