2 dead, 1 injured in three shootings in Lancaster – NBC Los Angeles

Two people were killed and one person injured in three shootings in Lancaster on Tuesday evening.

The shootings occurred within a period of about two hours and just blocks apart. Authorities are trying to determine if there is a connection between the two shootings.

The first shooting was reported around 7:30 p.m. at the corner of Avenue J8 and 30th Street West. The victim was taken to the hospital.

About 90 minutes later, a man was shot on the Sierra Highway. He died in the hospital.

About 30 minutes later, a man was shot at a Chevron gas station on Avenue L.

Details of the shootings were not immediately available.

No arrests were reported.
