The nice weather continues for now

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Enjoy the nice weather as we expect rain for the weekend

Today will be cooler and less humid, with temperatures around 27 degrees in the afternoon. There will be a few clouds at times, but sunshine should gain slightly in the Mid-State during the day. Tonight will be cool, with lows between 13 and 15 degrees by tomorrow morning.

Maximum temperatures will rise again to around 27 degrees on Thursday afternoon and sunshine will persist throughout the day.

The sun will continue to shine on Friday, with maximum temperatures rising slightly to below 27 degrees in the afternoon.

Unsettled weather is expected again this weekend with some showers and thunderstorms on Saturday and Sunday.

There is currently no risk of severe weather, but if you are outdoors you should expect further showers. The weekend will be warmer and wetter, with highs rising above 30 degrees again.

On Monday and Tuesday temperatures will remain around 30 degrees, with a few residual showers lasting until early next week.
