A Bristol man has been charged after pulling out a firearm during a road rage incident

BRISTOL, Conn. (WTNH) — Connecticut State Police arrested 58-year-old Ali Aslan Tuesday morning after receiving a call about a road rage incident on I-91 in Windsor.

According to police, Aslan, of Bristol, allegedly began driving recklessly and then displayed a handgun in a threatening manner at a juvenile victim. Police caught up with Aslan around midnight near Bradley International Airport, where he was arrested and taken into custody.

He is charged with reckless driving, second-degree breach of the peace, first-degree menacing by pointing a firearm, and first-degree reckless endangerment.

Aslan was released on $20,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court on June 3.
