Irv Gotti Sued for Alleged Sexual Assaults in Miami, Atlanta and Elsewhere

Irv Gotti faces new trial on sexual assault charges. According to the Miami New TimesGotti is being sued by an unknown woman for sexually assaulting and abusing her between 2020 and 2022 in Saint Martin, Miami and Atlanta.

“As a result of this sexually abusive relationship, Plaintiff suffered severe emotional and psychological harm for which she was required to be committed to a psychiatric ward,” the complaint reads. “These injuries persist and affect Plaintiff to this day.”

The prosecution is seeking a jury trial.

Court documents say the woman met Gotti at a poker tournament in the summer of 2020, which led to a vacation to St. Maarten. He allegedly forced her to have sex, but a relationship followed the trip. During the two-year relationship, the woman said she suffered “constant abuse” and was forced into unwanted sexual acts, including performing oral sex in the elevator at the Four Seasons in Miami. Another occasion included forced sex in an Uber in Atlanta, which led to the end of the relationship.

Gotti allegedly slandered the woman throughout the film industry and she ended up being committed to a psychiatric ward. You can read the full court documents here.
