Contractor Raymond Rotay Jr. arrested for allegedly stealing items from a client’s home in Aston, Delaware County

ASTON TWP., Pennsylvania (WPVI) – Police in Aston Township, Delaware County, have arrested a contractor and tradesman for allegedly stealing from his customers.

A local resident reported missing items to police in early May after saying Raymond Rotay Jr. had been working at his home in March.

Rotay is accused of stealing several high-value sports trading cards from the house.

According to investigators, the cards were later confiscated in a pawn shop.

Police also found items they believed might belong to other potential victims.

Authorities are asking anyone who hired Rotay to check their home to see if anything is missing.
