WICHITA, Kan. (AP) — Fast-moving storms with high winds, large hail and apparent tornadoes have left a trail of damage across Oklahoma and Kansas. The storms hit on Sunday. They damaged nearly 20 homes in an Oklahoma county and injured at least two people. A retirement home was damaged. More storms were forecast for the area later Monday. Meanwhile, Houston has made progress rebuilding after last week’s deadly storms. Officials say power was restored Sunday to the majority of hundreds of thousands of people who had been left in the dark and without air conditioning in hot, humid weather.
