Buffalo man accused of exposing himself on Elmwood Avenue

Buffalo police said they apprehended Orlando Martinez and charged him with two counts of public lewdness, a class B misdemeanor.

Northwest District officers responded to a call of indecent exposure at the business on West Delavan Avenue at 5 p.m. Tuesday. Police received another call about an hour later, this time for lewd acts in the 900 block of Elmwood Avenue.

Martinez was identified as a suspect for both incidents. Buffalo police said detectives were investigating similar incidents at other locations in the area the same day.
