ROSEBURG POLICE CHARGE MAN FOR ALLEGED HARASSMENT – KQEN News Radio

Roseburg police cited a man on Monday for an alleged harassment incident.

An RDP report states that a 41-year-old man was inside a store in the 2000 block of Northeast Stephens Street at 5:20 p.m. when he was asked to leave by an employee because of his disruptive behavior. The suspect allegedly yelled at the employee and spat on him twice, which was witnessed by another employee.

Instead of being remanded in custody, the man was charged with harassment.
